What style of yoga is it? I’m not sure we could label it a particular type of yoga, because the class structures will often be created by the needs of the students attending. With this in mind I would have to say it is organic, unique and draws from many aspects of the yoga tradition.
Organic, it’s about natural growth and change.
Unique, meaning, it’s our physical needs that are taken into account when organising the class structures.
The classes could be labeled therapeutic, in that many people who attend the classes will find specific issues which have been experienced in their lives, whether chronic or acute, often disappear or become manageable, this is not to say the classes are softy softy, as many will attest otherwise, they are always safe, dynamic and appropriately challenging.
