There are so many movements in yoga where we are required to get our arms above our heads or opened out to the sides, those old yogis new a thing or two. hahaha
I always see such a clear change in students by the end of a class, so be a winner, be more confident, ( Get your arms up guys), if your having trouble raising your arms above your head or have shoulder pain, give me a call, I may be able to help.
